Volunteer Information for the Imerman Angels / Akira 7th Annual Garden of Eden Fashion Show

Thank you for helping us by volunteering! A few quick notes:
  • Your specific role will be confirmed at volunteer orientation
  • We thank you ahead of time for your flexibility! Due to the complex nature of planning this event, your role as a volunteer might change.
  • More than 2,000 people are expected to attend the fashion show
    •  
  • Orientation will begin PROMPTLY at the scheduled times, PLEASE BE ON TIME, THANK YOU! :)
  • There are two volunteer orientations, please choose one to attend:
Volunteer Orientation 1:
When: 11:30am Sunday, September 26th (ALL VOLUNTEERS ARE ASKED TO ATTEND ONE ORIENTATION)
Where: Galleria Marchetti 825 W. Erie Chicago, IL in the silent auction area

Volunteer Orientation 2:
When: 3:30pm Sunday, September 26th (ALL VOLUNTEERS ARE ASKED TO ATTEND ONE ORIENTATION)
Where: Galleria Marchetti- 825 W. Erie Chicago, IL 
in the silent auction area

What to wear:
- Dress comfortably if possible. Volunteers are encouraged to wear jeans and avoid high heels.
- Do you have a blue or black Imerman Angels shirt? If so, please wear it. If not, either:
- Wear a solid blue or black shirt -OR- you can purchase an IA shirt for $10 at the volunteer orientation.

Parking is limited:
- Best bet for parking would be a pay lot located on Chicago Ave just west of the river, then walking to Galleria Marchetti. Here's a link with a map.
