Data Specialist

Imerman Angels is seeking an individual to serve as a Data Specialist for Salesforce and corresponding applications. We are seeking extremely motivated individuals who want to participate in building processes that ensure efficiency and the very best and quickest service to our constituents. This individual will be responsible for maintaining and analyzing functions in the areas of volunteer management, donor development, 1-on-1 Cancer Support Programming, website registration interaction, and satisfaction survey analysis.

  • Manage daily activities including resolving business usability issues and driving end-user adoption 
  • Develop, analyze and maintain custom reports, dashboards and communication templates 
  • Establish, document, maintain, and educate staff on configuration, policies, procedures and standards that ensure our data is consistent, complete and viable 
  • Apply various processes and knowledge of enhancement requests to maintain data integrity management and operational requirements 
  • Create, review, and optimize surveys and evaluation tools on an ongoing basis 
  • Collect, analyze, report on, derive implications from, and utilize data for program evaluation, including helping translate the findings for promotional materials and grant applications
  • Follow escalation procedures as required 
  • Extensive data cleansing techniques, including use of CRM Fusion (DemandTools) for deduplication of records 
  • Takes initiative to research and increase knowledge of system best practices and releases

  • Passionate about the Imerman Angels mission to provide 1-on-1 Cancer support, through connections between survivors, fighters and caregivers 

Preferred Requirements:

  • · Certified Administrator, preferred 
  • · 2+ years experience in (Enterprise or Unlimited edition) 
  • · FormAssembly experience, preferred 
  • · Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience 
  • · Advanced Excel experience to analyze data, perform mass updates and use VLOOKUP effectively 
  • · Proficient with PowerPoint, MS Office 2010 
  • · Working knowledge of SPSS, STATA, SAS, R or other statistical analysis software, preferred
